Key Responsibilities
- Learn the fundamentals of recruitment including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and managing client relationships.
- Assist in the screening and assessment of candidates to identify top talent for various job openings.
- Support senior consultants in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate placement.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve recruitment targets and deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in a customer service, sales or related field is a plus but not required.
