Description

As a Business development consultant, your main duties will include:

  • Identifying adaptations needed for the business to develop the sales team
  • Managing existing and new client relationships
  • Negotiation of placement fees
  • Identify profitable business avenues
  • Build a successful sales division working with senior management to achieve
  • Attracting suitable candidates via social media, job boards etc,
  • Interviewing, referencing and compliance auditing all candidates prior to deployment with clients,

The Candidate

The successful candidate would ideally:

  • Have a minimum of 24 months experience within recruitment, B2B Sales, Construction, technical, engineering, commercial
  • Be highly motivated, self-driven
  • Work well within a sales environment
  • Want to develop and progress alongside the business
  • Have excellent communication both externally and internally with both client, candidates and office team,
  • Proven track record of sales figures and client retention and development.
