Description
As a Business development consultant, your main duties will include:
- Identifying adaptations needed for the business to develop the sales team
- Managing existing and new client relationships
- Negotiation of placement fees
- Identify profitable business avenues
- Build a successful sales division working with senior management to achieve
- Attracting suitable candidates via social media, job boards etc,
- Interviewing, referencing and compliance auditing all candidates prior to deployment with clients,
The Candidate
The successful candidate would ideally:
- Have a minimum of 24 months experience within recruitment, B2B Sales, Construction, technical, engineering, commercial
- Be highly motivated, self-driven
- Work well within a sales environment
- Want to develop and progress alongside the business
- Have excellent communication both externally and internally with both client, candidates and office team,
- Proven track record of sales figures and client retention and development.
