Yesterday, we wrote about the opportunity to join the Mando Engineering team as a Maintenance Operative. This is an opportunity to utilise the skills you already have and for us to help you expand on your current skillset.
Recently, we had a father-son duo, Dani and Martin Dyer, join the engineering team. The pair joined in July and have since received training for both SPA quarry passports and their CCNSG accreditations. They have also gained access to their own fully-funded Mando van, equipped with everything they will need. In the short time they have been with Mando, both Dani and Martin have excelled in their role. They have worked for us on Tarmac, Cemex, Hanson and Aggregate Industries sites and have received special commendations from the site managers at Cemex.
Our Engineering Contract Manager, Kirk Phillips, is proud of the new fitters’ progress and will continue to assist them in their career development at Mando Solution.
